of popular music with SOME Christmas music. I am a loyal listener and
LOVE the station BUT, am pulling out my ipod til Christmas week if this

To avoid everybody being upset, it should be said that when Christmas ends so will the smooth jazz format on The Oasis. Over 20 smooth jazz stations have flipped around the country in the past 3 years, and a few have gone to Christmas music, Miami for example, then have gone to another format .I could hear it in Dana's… voice that she was sad. I got worried when I heard Christmas music Friday evening, Saturday all day, and today. I breathed a sigh of relief when I heard Dave Koz this evening. I was afraid you were going to be playing xmas music straight through to Christmas. FYI: Christmas music should not be played until after Thanksgiving. Lynn Briggs ; Thank you so much..I have tuned into 105.7 on & off over the year's ( since 11/2001) and it seem's to me that this station's style & focus has changed more to a Smooth Jazz listner's ear..I was tought as a young man to hear what it is saying to me.. as my late bro-n-law would say "Can you hear them (the a…rtist) talkin to you, if you can hear each one & all of them they'll take you with them...just let yourself move & groove.
