27+20 Design Boutique Today is a sad day for 27+20, we were denied a brgy clearance for an office. reason: personal dispute between Brgy. and the Landlord. Being honest and legit does not work in the Philippines and people wonder why this country is the way it is. Now we are homeless because the Brgy. did not do their job and are trying to save face, costing tax payers time and money. Inefficacy = corruption.
