That is the best book I have ever read. You can realy put yourself in his car and picture the races unfolding infront of you.
The battle of Rome is the best chapter in the book.

i can't see it being a money issue. and its not like there has not been a few screenings. i'm sticking with my theory of little manpower and being endlessly recut and reedited. its not even so much the wait at this point but the endless coming soons, coming this year, no this year, no this year... and the lack of any communication. if your ... I'd have to agree with Mr. Russell above. It'll happen when it happens and if you'd like it to be faster make your own documentary. And keep posting other videos, I'd honestly watch every second of what lands on the cutting room floor so these other bits are very welcome.

Michael Perrin

Michael Perrin When it seems like you can't wait any longer, that's about the time that something happens. The logistics of such an endeavor cost time, space and money. I have been following this saga for 2 years. I look forward to the experience of riding along with the people who really made the record and the driver happen when this is completed. :)

James Morris

James Morris There will be bullet trains that make it from NY to CA in a couple hours by the time this movie comes out. That or cars will be replaced by awesome hoverboards by then.

I
spoke with Alex a while back as part of my Day Job, but I have an
admiration for him as an underdog overachiver. It was a great book. Having
my own hobby where overkill rules and "smart" trumps "brawny", I'm
looking forward to seeing the promised footage and documentary.

P.S. I cringed when you spoke of taking the CF car...ds out of your 2620's in OK. The tracks on that model aren't stored on CF; they're in internal flash.Read More

Wayne Sheets

Jim Freeberg

Jim Freeberg Jason I agree wiith you ....is the movie ever going to be released or is this some kind of marketing game for the book?
