On January 22–23 our celebration of 3ABN’s 25th Anniversary continues with a focus on our work in Russia and the Pillars of Our Faith, with a live broadcast from Powder Springs, Georgia! Pastor Carter will be our special guest, and you’ll thrill to the reports as we bring you a weekend of live programs from the Lakevie...w Seventh-day Adventist Church in the Atlanta area.
And Lakeview Church is a fitting location for this celebration since its pastor, Peter Kulakov, graduated with a degree in linguistics from the University of Moscow, later attending Newbold College in England where he gained his theological training. He also was the founding director and speaker of the Voice of Hope radio and television ministry in Russia for over 10 years. His prime time call-in program aired simultaneously on 900 FM stations as well as on cable systems, and his passion for reaching his people for Jesus continues to this day. During this special weekend you’ll hear about his church’s exciting ministry, Light of Hope, which produces programs that air on satellite throughout the former Soviet Union. You will also hear about their amazing plans for evangelistic meetings in the near future. So we hope you can join us in person to hear firsthand the exciting things the Lord is doing in Russia and throughout the former Soviet Union countries.

"This year's conference, themed "Unashamed", is based on the verse in Romans 1:16, "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek." To be unashamed of the gospel is to proudly proclaim it whe...rever you are. Paul let nothing hinder him from spreading the truths of God's word, and today we also want to preach the good news in whatever we do. This conference will be looking at how one can live evangelistically, even if he or she is not an "evangelist." Do you want to be a living, breathing, walking, talking message to the world? Come to this year's conference to discover how YOU can relay God's word to those you come in contact with every day, whether it's in your law firm, the hospital, your school, or your church. GYC 2009 will be held in Louisville, Kentucky on the dates of December 30, 2009-January 3, 2010. We'll see you there!"
