I wanted to pass along some news here of an Educational Travesty we're currently experiencing in Palm Beach County, Florida.
This school year, our children have been thrown into an untested
program incorporating a One-Size-Fits-All-Students curriculum which
includes ALL students, gifted, Special Education, and standard l...evel
students. (Not all students are the same!!). This violates the rights
of students with Individual Education Plans, as well as holds back all
students from reaching their full potential as INDIVIDUALS.
At 7,600+ fans, the Facebook group Testing Is Not Teaching (TINT) has
been working hard to protest this change. With the support of
students, parents, and teachers alike and through 2 months of extremely
hard work, we still face many hurdles.
We need your support!

incorrect campaign to raise awareness and funds for lungcancer. (Nov.
is lung cancer awareness month).
My mom - a nonsmoker- has Stage IV
lung cancer. Inoperable. Incurable. I am chr...onicling my mom's story
through my campaign.
Lung cancer is THE #1 cancer killer and THE least funded. The reason? The stigma of smoking.
Many people don't know that you do NOT have to smoke to get lungcancer...and the numbers are increasing dramatically.
I started my "WTF" Facebook group just this Friday and I already have
