Mary Chapman I just took the ACE Certification exam for Personal Trainers and I FAILED!! For the first time in my life!! I have been ACE certified twice before and somehow managed to fail the exam!! By a mere 18 points! I am NOT going to do it next time...I just can't believe it!! I have been in the industry for probably TOO many... years and got a bit TOO cocky for my own good! Obviously! So, wish me luck on the retake!! :) And greetings to all of you Fitness Professionals out there! Is this what happens when you go from being a personal trainer to a management position? Hmmmm????

I finished the first part early but did not get all of the second question finished in the "written simulation" part. I was so focused on not clicking the wrong answer that I had to rush the next section. It seems that each multiple choice question had two (for the most part) obvious no's and then two that were possible answers, so if you didn't ... See Morequite know then you had a 50/50 chance of getting it correct. Your suggestion of reading the questions 2 times stuck with me and I am glad that I did! It helped to clear the racket in my head about "what do they really want"! I also want to mention that I did the live webinars and because I had no background in it like you, they were helpful! I hope this helps you! I am glad that I got my results right away, I didn't need the stress of waiting!

Thank you for all your help. I did it once I can do it again for sure.I remember waiting 6 wks for the test results the first time and it was torture so I definetly am gratedful that I wont have to wait that long again.I was a trainer for quite a long time and just have to stop kicking myself in the but for haveing to do this again.

Arnar Freyr Hermannsson Took the personal trainer exam today, really didn't like the written simulation, found some of this confusing really, but i think i did pretty good on the second part of the exam. Now i have to wait for the results for 6 weeks....
