Congratulations on your new baby girl. As much as you'll love any more children to come, there will never be anything as memorable and exquisite as your first born.

Labels don't make much of a difference, each person is individual, but the differentiation does help someone new to get an idea of traits.

More parents need to UNDERSTAND that "more does not equal better." PARENTS, do you hear that? I can't tell you the amount of parents that I have worked with that thought that if their child had 3 hours of therapy a week, that they would get better. What THAT meant was, "I want my kid to have so many hours of therapy a week cause I am ashamed that ... See Moremy kid is in therapy and if he gets out earlier, the friends and family won't know or ask."

YEP, "My kid needs more therapy," is code for "I'm ashamed that my kid is in therapy."

This is not written in a book, it is just REAL LIFE!

Had to respoond to Bob..."I'm ashamed that my kid is in therapy so I want more therapy" ...huh.... How insulting to parents that have concerns for thier child. I think parents don't understand that therapy provides the base and these children can work on these skills in between therapy sessions. Parents that want more therapy should be more involved at home with the child, that would help close the gap sooner.
