AIDS Action Committee President Obama signs the Ryan White Reauthorization Act, providing critical funding more 500,000 people living with HIV/AIDS nationwide, and announces that the HIV travel ban will finally be lifted after 22 years, taking effect in January 2010!

President Obama is expected to announce regulations formally ending the 22-year ban on travel and immigration by HIV-positive individuals, according to the group pushing for an end to the ban for the past decade.
