AIDS Action Committee would like to give a big round of applause to our youth volunteers from the Smith Leadership Academy in Dorchester, who visited us last week. These young people came to learn more about our work to end the HIV/AIDS epidemic and to knit 50 scarves and donate 72 pair of warm, winter socks to our clients. Oh, and they're ...going to form a team for AIDS Walk Boston 2010! A little volunteering goes a long way.
