I am not happy with A &P at the moment. I was denied a free turkey due to the fact that I refused to purchase $40.00 worth of Proctor & Gamble products.
It is not good when a company loses a customer ( a long devoted customer) because of such a silly promotion. I am certain that I already paid in full for the turkey since I have spent so much money this year at your store.

I had a very unpleasant experience at store 164 in Mahopac today. I bought 3 bottles of Vicks Dayquil/Nyquil which came to $20.47 before my card was scanned. There was an offer for a $7 “On Your Next Order” coupon with the purchase of $20, so I should have gotten that. I had two problems, both with manager Luis (I can’...t read his last name on the piece of paper he gave me). First, I tried to get the self-scan cashier to apply a $7 rain check that another A&P store had given to me when another of these offers did not work properly. I didn’t understand why there was a problem to begin with because this store has given me rain checks like this in the past. Then Luis told me he would not take it because it was from another store and it would cost his store money. Finally he grudgingly agreed to accept it. Then the $7 coupon did not print from the Catalina printer (which was working, other coupons had printed), so I went to customer service. (continued in comments field)Read More
