My cell phone has crapped out on me 3 times it is a lemon and they keep replacing it since it is under warranty but --never have they offered me a new model that won't keep malfunctioning. Angela Smith My family has been loyal customers for many years-generations to be exact --Until recently we have been very satisfied customers.
Then I attempted to have U-Verse installed -The installation was to happen on July 23 -there were problems -and to top it off my DSL was disconnected. I was assured that I could get U-Verse installed that all the problems were resolved and I was scheduled for July 30th -Again a no go and I was told that -I was too far from a box and I can NOT get U-Verse nor could I ever have gotten it. The DSL was still not working at this time and I was told it would be back on July 3rd by 8 pm. It is now ****July 4th *** and I am still without DSL ---I have a temporary dial up connection which is not only slow but disconnects repeatedly and ties up our home phone.
Whatever happened to customer service ? This kind of treatment makes me understand why my friends only have cell phones and not AT&T


Chris Schaffner So, let me get this straight.... Apple releases 3.0, It gives option to MMS. AT&T locks us out until "late summer". SO, I try and multi-text the same message to 3 other people. 3.0 considers this an MMS and since ATT is locking us out of what we pay for, I cant multi text? THAT IS ABSURD! So not only do I not have the ability to send pics.....I CAN'T EVEN SEND OTHE SAME MESSAGE TO MORE THAN 1 PERSON AT A TIME! Makes for a REAL crappy holiday experience. I had to send a Happy Fathers Day text to 34 people. I sent 34 individual texts.... WHAT A CROCK OF *#@T! Any way to refund partially the $30.00/mo I pay for "unlimited" texts and MMS?


Paul Why does myWireless Moble not work lately? It will constantly spin after I put in my password. This occurrs on wi-fi and cell network. Is there a problem with this app and the 3.0 update?

*ATTENTION iPhone Users we still dont have MMS But:*
G-Map U.S West now has a turn by turn voice guided GPS for only a one time fee of 35 bucks no monthly fee at all does the same thing AT&T's navigator does but without a subscription. Oh and also they say the maps are loaded in so no need for a internet connection So if I were you id cut my losses and unsubscribe from AT&T's high price navigator asap! And I donot work for G-Map just one iphone user lookin out for another if anybody trys it let me know how it worrks.

Jack Gregory AT&T is so awesome, I really dont no y people hate on them, there is no comparison between AT&T and other networks, ive had T-Mobile before AT&T and noticed a HUGE difference in dropped calls and I do get more bars in more places!

I agree haters are not cool, and in so many ways AT&T do great things. However I want to switch to AT&T wireless, but the largest communications holding company in the world, can’t figure out how to post two handsets. Three of there customer service reps have been unable to arrange to get handset delivered to me.

maybe because they charge you extra for anything? maybe because their customer service sucks? maybe because they don't value their loyal customers as they should? maybe because they ask for your personal information when you don't want to share it? maybe because they have internet monopolies in some regions that leaves the customer with no other choice? it's not only about the network reliability...

Dave My company says that since they have a relationship with At&t we would qualify for a discount on our bills. When I go to sign up for it is says that there "may be a $36 fee per line" to participate. I have three lines on my account. is that 3 X $36?? Even one $36 charge is too much. How is that a discount?

Not sure why I would have to pay a fee for a discount program at all. It doesn't make sense. I think I pay enough as it is with the three lines and two of them iPhones.

AT&T - Don't forget the AT&T execs this 4th of July holiday! They'll be bathing in your hard earned cash and plotting further price gouging. Since last July, AT&T has not made any noticeable improvements to their 3G service and it still pales in comparison to Verizon.

Stefano I just got an email to "Get voice-guided GPS navigation on your iPhone" for $9.99 a month... Wondering why is this app $9.99 a month! when everything is pretty much included in the iphone except for what the turn by turn navigation offers? It seems like we are paying for pretty much every feature the iphone offers.

Fred Garvin AT&T - According to the U.S. general population, price gouging is something that is completely unacceptable, especially in these troubled times. An estimated 100% of people feel that when they pay for a service, they should get it. Unfortunately AT&T has a sub-par 3G service, and they don't even support features that come standard on the iPhone. Don't let your hard earned money go to waste! Contact your local Better Business Bureau and let them know that you're sick of monopolies who unfairly charge you for services not rendered.
Also note how unfair AT&T business practices really are. They allow certain people to upgrade their phone at the "fair" price, but not others ... why? Well it's just an arbitrary decision that's why. This is exactly why it's wrong, and why so many people are upset with AT&T.
