B Vitamins are supposed to help with energy...personally I think too much caffeine (can get you going but also) causes a crash at some point during the day...not that it has hindered my caffeine intake at all...sometimes too much on your mind can cause fatigue...like brain overload..allow yourself to rest and reflect and cut out whatever is draining your energy.

Just acrylic and water for the most part...I use a thick, glossy mixing medium from time to time to create the 'still-wet' look with the paint.
