Cindy Kelly I love walking - it not only helps my body but it stirs my mind. It helps me work through life's challenges.

James T Beaton I lost 11 lbs from walking.

Robert Canfield How is everyone today! I know many people who seem to think walking is not a good form of exercise. But I walk anywhere from 3 to 5 miles a day after work, and after doing this for just a few short months, along with lifting weights and eating healthy, I need to buy new clothes because I've dropped so much weight! I also notice a difference in my attitude because walking gets rid of the days stress!

Linda I love walking, its definitely a great stress reliever, but participating in walks can benefit not only your health but others in the process. I am walking in the Strides Against Breast Cancer walk in Orlando on Oct 31 and the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving day to benefit Meals on Wheels for Seniors. I feel the need to take part in helping others while helping myself :)

Tracy Happy to find this group. I walk 4-5 miles a minimum of 5 days a week.. with lots of hills. I love it and the more I walk.. the more I want to walk :)

Amanda R. Ulrich I walk a 2.8 mile loop on my lunch hour 3x per week and ♥ it!
