Jay - we will follow up with the terminal manager with respect to the driver's performance the other night.

Jim - our note about the service referred to the use of the pickup points in Manhattan. We should have clarified that. It is always unclear as to how many people will take a certain bus at a certain time during special events.

What happens if a sudden event (say, some outage or a blocked highway or a parade or a game) were to cause overflow of the lots? It may be unlikely, but contingency plans should be thought of. Just a suggestion.

these type of events are always considered in planning processes. we would work together with the Turnpike Authority and master tenant at the Cheesequake to make sure plans were in place.

OK...exactly where are you looking to board the bus? Traveling northbound, the bus comes off of Route 36 onto Broad St., eventually getting iinto Oceanport. The route then travels onto Lewis St. before taking Route 35 north.

So, it goes Rt 36, Broad, Lewis, Rt 35? I don't know where I board because I did not know where the bus route was. Well, that would be good if Broad St intersected with Rt 36, but, it doesn't. So, I still don't know the route to and through Oceanport. I am now sure why you don't publish a route map. It would make it easier for people to understand where the bus went and you might get more riders.
