Activio goes to Spenst Convention 2009 in Moss, Norway with Activio Fitness System. On the convention there will be instructors from Norway and abroad presents Aerobic Dance, Step Dance, Kettlebells, Corebar, Afro Dance, Kinesis, Bicycle interval, Inspiration tour to mention a few. There will also be various talks about training and motivation.
