Adirondacks How many lucky fans are spending Thanksgiving in the Adirondacks?

Vinny Borello Is there any better place to relax and enjoy the great outdoors than the Adirondacks? I look forward to the summer on Third Lake , feeding the ducks, a steak at the Buffalo Head Rest., listening to the evening call of the loons, taking a boat ride , an evening campfire, a little fishing, taking a walk through the campground, and relaxing by the water. Is this heaven????No its the Adirondacks:)

Tammy L Johnson My Dad and his family were in the Hinkley New York area. It is very beautiful in the fall. I am glad that someone started this fb page. It is like going home again. I was born in New Hartford NY and grew up in Poland NY. Lots of pretty country there.:D

Jackie I grew up in NJ but spent every summer in the Adirondacks. I now make my home in the Capital Region and enjoy the best of its cultural offerings and the nearness of the best region on earth! Whenever I consider moving south to get away from the winters up here, I think, "But then I won't be near ADKS!" and this anxiety sets in and any thought of moving disappears....

Dieter Gerstenberger Little Drummer Boy! Really sets the spirit!

Caroline Hudders I only know the Lake George area, been going there for years, but I can see there is a lot more beauty to explore! Hard to do living on the west coast so I will have to do so vicariousy through these photos.
