Advocate Magazine Phil Taylor... Professional fighter... He surely does not have a YMCA membership. His training is slightly harsher. He pulls a 900 pounds cart tied to his waist for 6 (six, seis) miles while he is carrying a 90 pounds log on his shoulders. Do not let the heavy layered outfit fool you, It was august when i photographed ...him! All part of the game. Under all that heavy weight, muscle and sweat, there was this very fragile, shy young man from Chicago inner city who had his share of rough life.

Advocate Magazine Martina Moravcova and Darvis Patton are two olympians who competed in Beijing, summer of 2008. Photographed here just a couple of weeks before they went off to Beijing. I always felt like i somehow jinxed them. They were both expected great results. Martina dominated the pool at the first half of the decade and Beijing... was her, respectively, 5th Olympics! She did not come back with any 'hardware'. And we all remember the flag incident with Darvis...
They are both wonderful and humble people despite their news worthiness and you certainly feel their explosive rocket power at their presence even if they're just sitting down calmly.
