The five men who will stand trial in New York, charged with the 9/11 attacks, will plead not guilty, but won’t deny their involvement. Attorney Scott, Fenstermaker, who is representing accused terrorist Ali Abd al-Aziz Ali (r), says the men want to “explain what happened and why they ...

The whole notion of self sacrifice in the name of jihad is insane.. the logic is flawed at best... think about it... 40 virgins wait for you in heaven... ok, first of all, from what i remember virgins are not all that much fun.. and neither is sleeping with one... beyond that, they wouldn't stay virgins for long, so then you are back to square one.. bound to the constricting interpretive terms of a religion that leaves you so miserable, all you can do is plot the destruction of mankind

The catholic church has had centuries of wrong doing...absolutely horrible atrocities...in the name of God they burned people at the stake, tried to assasinate a Queen, took children away from their families, put girls in deplorable situations, helped the Nazis and then there is the sex scandal with the priests. People are looking at this health care reform the wrong way. It's big money going behind it so it's big thinking going behind it as well. let's cut the politics bullsh*t out for a second. Not only it's a Christian thing to do but speaking as a business man for 16 yrs it's a smart investment for the economy let me expl...ain. If they pass a bill demanding insurance for all American you do agree we will need more doctors, nurses, radiologist, cardiologist, neurologist any thing ending with "ist" we'll need more facilities with contractors to build it and workers to run it. all of those are jobs left, right, independents, AMERICIANS. Than these new worker will need to shop for food, clothes, electronics, homes, cars etc that will strengthen supply and demand. I can go on and on. my point is this will help strengthen our economy by itself. This is not rocket science justcommon sense. can you agree?Read More

Uh, I am an employer. Know how much it cost me to pay for expensive employer pay insurance? Let just say some folks are soon not gonna have a job, or everyone's deductible will be raised again. Sad---but we've let insurance companies prevent new job expansion, and reduced the level of health care that most employers are able provide. I don't ... The Anti-Defamation League has declared Glenn Beck of Fox News the "Fearmonger-in-Chief."

The
six million Jewish victims and millions of other victims of Hitler
deserve a measure of respect. Their deaths should not be used for
political points or sloganeering. Every time a radio or television
personality takes that uniq...ue event in history and twists it for their
own political agenda, it cheapens the public debate and distorts and
trivializes the Holocaust.

I too do not enjoy the victims of the Holocaust being used in protest of Obamacare. Obama is not evil. He is simply misguided in his political ideology. I believe that he wants to do what is (in his opinion) best for the country.

I do not consider this a referendum against Fox. For Fox does not endorse all the views of their various hosts.

Speaking to the European Union World Summit in Austria on June 21, 2006, George W. Bush said Gitmo should be closed and detainees should be tried in US courts.President Bush made similar comments on June 9, 2006, during a joint news conference with Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen of Denmark....

DOUG YOU DOUCHE ... nobody is blaming Bush for closing Gitmo... leave it to YOU to make that claim. Alan was just pointing out for you neo-con types that the idea had been circulating for some time. Are your kids old enough to be ashamed of you yet?

There's a lot of campaign cash to be lost from the insurance companies if they vote for a substantial bill. The Republican Party - a wholly-owned subsidiary of the insurance industry.I have a feeling this is all for show. We'll end up with a bill that gives insurance folks 47 million new customers.

Maybe today but not when its time for her to get re-elected. Most in her state already want a public option but she stays clueless. Its time for a liberal dem to take her seat. She needs to think about keeping her seat.

JLarson ZombiePortraits I think it's awesome that you're not afraid to admit that you're a liberal. Recognition of a problem is first step towards a solution.

I pray that your courage will inspire others who are similarly mentally disordered to also seek help.

I think it's awesome you are willing to admit you are a bigot against liberals. A step in the right direction.

Next comes realizing you and your media-hounds are not always right and finally that we are all Americans with many different ideas on society, government taxes and the military.

Other Fox News Talk personalities at close of show: "This is Fox News Talk, fair and balanced."

The term "fair and balanced" is the corporate motto of Fox Broadcasting, and in their motto alone they are dishonest with the public.

Once again, this issue a caller has raised has far less to do with any specific opinion-maker or anchorperson but rather with the management of the entire network.

http://mediamatters.org/research/200911190043

Sanford is a Democrat! Sara Palin is exploding like it's 2008! It doesn't matter when Joe Biden says something when we say so! GOP press Releases and Fox News press releases are the same thing anyway, so why even bother seperating them out or the typos contained within? The Bachmann Rally was the same thing as Glenn Beck's 9/12 Protest, and that's just another "accident" when we say so! James O'Keefe III is incapable of lying or being called to question for inaccuracies he and associates have repeated upon the air!

And in case anyone thinks it was silly that at one point that I was suggesting that Alan Colmes simply "had to" cover the matter of Glenn Beck's fear-mongering:

The Anti defamation League just declared Glenn Beck of Fox News the "Fearmonger-in-Cheif"

Once again, as much it seems to be about Glenn Beck it is actually more about the management that has decided to keep him on the payroll than it is about his on-air antics per se. Glenn Beck is fully accountable for his slanders, but he is only pandering to existing fears and hatred for the sake of profit and selfish pride. Something I could do myself if I was a sick individual and wanted to sew malicious intent against others. The final level of responsibility to stand up against racist code language promoted under the credibility of the network is the network, not the fast-talking conspiracy theory salesman. Any reasonable American News Outlet would fire him, or force him to retract a great deal of this on-air fearmongering against The President of the United States.

Alan Colmes:

"Give me a better way to do it. [health care]"

http://freeclinics.us

Helping the poor, first. Then facing the slow process of getting a real system in place as we go.

The raw fact of the matter is we will be debating health care reform for many years to come.

Sometimes, I could really give a damn about politics and just want solutions over rethoric from both the left and the right.

Perhaps, I allowed myself to catch this rising trend running mainly on the right wing of politics. Which is basically falling in love with screaming at your fellow Americans instead of discussing politics like good people who disagree.

I introduce the term: "Unpatriotic Americans"

For both sides to use in the spirit of bipartisanship.
