TENURE:
When I was a freshman in high school, I elected algebra. The teacher I was assigned was one the the worst educators of my life. Two thirds of the class had transferred to another math teachers class. My mother came to school in protest the numerous violations the teacher had performed. We were told that the teac...her had tenure
(TEN YEAR). At that young age I understood this to mean that the teacher had a guaranteed job for ten years. I wasn't to far off, the teacher continued to commit violation after violation the tenure shield protected him into retirement. Unfortunately many children passed threw the ranks of that school only to be disappointed in the experience. The shield of tenure, how many children will this act punish???

And uh I am pretty much more of a republic-ian because of moral belief's also I have some tea party view's, their's some thin about me that seem's liberal though.
