We just found out that folks with Verizon phones are having problems calling our phone number (which is a VOIP based line), and we confirmed from our carrier that it's not just us are as they are getting calls from other customers. If you have a Verizon phone, I have no ideas what their problem is or what numbers they are not being able to call. A day or so ago, many Verizon customers in Bucks co. were also unable to call 911.
