Unemployment hits 10.2% in the official rate (over 16% if you included "discouraged workers). “Heck of a job Barry and Tony!” More people will commit suicide then died in Katrina - good work! Most of these things need to be done at the state level and not by an illegal take-over by the Democrat Party. The Dems have proposed a plan that this country can’t afford - massive privacy intrusions, fees, fines, taxes, rationing and provision of services to illegal aliens.

Explain how the current healthcare bill is illegal.

Cameron Colbo - First I want to fix what's broken without breaking what works for 85% of the country. I am sure when you read the constitution, there is no provision allowing the Gov’t to compel you to buy a private product or be fined or go to jail if you don't.

Even with auto insurance, if you can't afford it, you can choose to turn in your plates and not drive. Under this bill you can go to jail for the equivalent of doing just that. The bill also contains a provision mandating that you will have to link your bank account to the IRS to pay for health related costs, fees, fines, copays, and ultimately that gives the Gov't intrusive control of your finances and life. Take an extra deduction - they come in and sweep your account. Little things like that.

The bill is 2000 pages long. There are many other dangers and unlawful provisions lurking within. Notice that Tony, Nancy and even Obama his anointed self and most of the media have given you very few specifics.
