Actually I had the same thing happen to me. A friend and I signed up for a card at the exact same time and she called me this summer to see if I had gotten my discount card for my birthday and I had not. When I called customer service they told me to contact my local store where I had signed up and they told me that ...not everyone gets a b-day discount. I was not pleased with that especially since I buy from Anthropologie and they are not cheap. I make certain I give them my card each time that I make a purchase however to see what will happen next birthday.Read More
