    A big big thank you for the super customer service.
    I recently bought a fridge/freezer for my mum,(delivered today) Thank u Yossi Erdman 4 finding 1 that suited her needs. not only was the price absolutely fantastic, It was all that she needed, delivery was amazingly quick and hassle free. I would like to say sorry to the drivers, as it dint fit in the lifts, resulting in them having to take it up to flight of stairs. Thank you for a superb buying experience! U have made 2 lady very happy. Excellent service, with superb communication. Once again Thank you xx

  7. Just wanted to say thank you for the superb customer service. I recently bought a dishwasher (much longed for!) and not only was the price absolutely fantastic, the product does what it says, delivery was amazingly quick and hassle free. Thank you for a pleasant buying experience! All too often people get bad service from appliance/electrical companies, it's great to find one that's far superior :)

        I bought a tumble dryer some time ago and the customer service was great, however it was delivered by a couple of rude assholes who point blankly refused to take away the packaging as was included in the price, gviing me some schpeel of ver...bal diarrhoea as to why they couldn't take it away (in their empty lorry), and they didn't know why I'd been told they would take it away as they claimed that's never been company policy, upon speaking to customer service I was promised call backs which obviously never materialised either and promised a refund of the element it cost which also never materialised so that was a huge let down for you Yossi......See More
