Permaculture is focused on acting locally... however, this is definitely a case for thinking globally.

Anup Yogi Desai Hello I would just like to say how great i think your website is. I am starting my own company the is working on creating awarenss on human rights and enviornmental issues. I have added you to my pages favorite and also suggested you to all my friends. Keep up the good work. !
Mission Statement: “Working for the World” Matchless Concepts LLC was created to become a bridge between the diverse societies in our world. It is our belief that communication or lack thereof, is the underlying cause of the many conflicts and negligent behavior inflicting our global society. The goal of our organiz...ation is to create an atmosphere of positive interaction, one that breeds familiarity and friendships from our local to our international community. TheBanyanTree.us “a place to Grow” was the first venture organized by Matchless Concepts LLC to facilitate greater awareness of the issues concerning our planet. The Banyan Tree is an image of the beauty of nature, a tree that many cultures view as sacred. What makes The Banyan Tree so special is not only its majestic size and structure but also its process of growth and development. First, the tree attaches itself to a host tree. Then after enveloping the host tree with its root structure, the Banyan spreads its roots along the branches of the host tree. The roots climb from the sky off the branches, eventually penetrating the soil beneath them and then forming new trunks and trees. The process is unyielding; there are now single Banyan Trees that are so massive, that they can be up to an acre in size, with so many large trunks that the original trunk becomes unidentifiable. In Hinduism, The Banyan Tree is seen as perfectly symbolizing eternal life due to its seemingly unending expansion. The tree is indigenous to Asia, Africa and The Americas but its seeds have been spread even further by travelers, with Banyans now growing in far of lands such as the islands of Hawaii. It makes perfect sense from the scientific and spiritual point of view that The Banyan Tree is a wonderful representation of Unity. The Banyan Tree is also a symbol for US. We want this website to be a forum to learn and discuss news and issues while also creating an exchange of information and ideas that can have deep impacts throughout the world. We will follow the mold of the tree and work towards positive top to bottom change, constantly uniting and expanding throughout our inter-connected world. Matchless Concepts LLC is based out of New York City putting effort into producing festivals, events and literature dedicated simply to bringing people closer together. We are in the process of expanding to San Diego, Chicago, Mexico City, London, Prague and Mumbai. Please contact us if you are interested in being a part of this organization and its expansion.
