    An extensive search was conducted, including the services of a Police Service Dog and RCMP Air 3 (helicopter), but the man was not located. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Lee Marc CULL who is facing multiple firearms-related charges.

  • On Monday, February 13th, a police officer from the East Kootenay Integrated Road Safety Unit stopped a vehicle for speeding in the Kootenay National Park area on Highway 93.         I was the victim of a break-in a secured underground parkade. Went down one morning to find my car vandalised and anything that wasn't nailed down taken. Called the police and they were barely interested. Only made a report because I needed... it for ICBC. Still was out some sentimental items and the money for a deductible :@ Did a bunch of leg work to as a credit card was stolen went to the gas station where it was used called the police back and they wouldn't even take a look at security camera footage....   • On February 3, 2012, shortly after 8:00 pm, a group of 3 boys were walking on Bernard Avenue after coming from McDonald's when they were approached by two teenage males. One of the boys demanded money and the other produced a knife.
