BalletMet Columbus

BalletMet Columbus Unloading the trucks this morning. Sprung floor being layed right now, followed by marley over the top (the cart lower left front of stage has rolls and rolls of it).

Just informed that they needed to lay all of the sprung floor within one hour so that the lighting crew can come in, set up ladders, and begin hanging the lights!

Also (hard to see), in the back left of the stage is the sled and to the right of that are the first bits of scenery!

Can't wait to see the transformation - the scenery, the lights, the dancers and (of course), the audience sitting in these empty seats :)

With Thanksgiving come and gone, the holiday shopping list is now on a lot of minds. But before you hit the mall, consider getting a little more inventive.

But you can vote for more than one charity. It's important that friends know they can vote for all their favorite organizations that they know could use an extra boost.

Christine E Hamble

Christine E Hamble Loved Adam Hundt's piece in NightMoves. I wanted to see all 3 endings! Bring on more of this kind of work - new and interesting. Inclusive of other styles and unexpected music - loved the video element. The older people in the crowd grumble a bit sometimes, but we 40-somethings love it!
