To get the most from your abdominal crunches, pay attention to your back. Return to a starting position without totally relaxing your upper back and shoulders on the floor, but keep your lower back pressed to the floor throughout each crunch.

John F. Jones III Ok so Bally's totally stepped up to the plate and honored the original renewal price I was given by mistake about two - three weeks ago. It paid off being vocal about my problem. Bally's listened and resolved the issue and was able to keep a member. WTG.

Luz I've been a Bally's member about 10 yrs and i'ts not the same. The health club need to do some changes including the weight equipment . Also the swimming pool needs some work. Locations that I usually visited (Chicago Ridge & Countryside)
Wendy Kudos to Heather in the childcare room at the Ballys in Woodhaven MI. My daughter has muscular dystrophy and uses a power wheelchair. Heather has been AWESOME, has accepted her as any other kid, and is teaching her how to play chess (she's 4 and very bright). Without staff like this, it would be impossible for me to... have any sort of 'alone time'. Thank you. Bally's rocks!
Curtis Craig I noticed not only myself but a few other registered members of the Brentwood Ballys are complaining that the place is dirty. You go in the steam room and it smells like vicks vapor rub.. This is in the morning when they first start it up and there is quite a few other dirty area's at the facility.

John F. Jones III Wow, I am honestly surprised. Bally's is paying attention to its members who have concerns, questions, complaints and so on. Not more than a few hours after I started getting conflicting answers from my gym or their headquarters I received a FB e-mail. That says a lot but let's see what becomes of it.
Cindy Is there any possibale way to contact a living person at the main headquarters??
