Excellent article. I do nasal irrigation once or twice a week with sea salt alone and had been wondering if I should increase the frequency. I think I will stick to my current schedule and use the echinacea tincture if I actually get a sinus cold or flu. Thanks Jon.

I had always blamed it on chlorine in the water, but it persistent when switching to distilled or spring water.

Child obesity if it gets out of control IS child abuse but it is not intentional. We need to concentrate on educating parents not taking their kids away, although I see the logic.

How I wish healthy parenting was part of the curriculum from middle school on! Right on Leana.... I know truly good people that just do not see the big picture at all when it comes to setting limits & developing responsible behaviors. But spanking is so not the way to go - just in terms of common sense.
