Biotech and green industries are the future of our Great State. They are the last bastion of true manufacturing that provides high paying jobs with long-term career potential. Programs like California's Employment Training Panel (www.etp.ca.gov) subsidies workforce learning in these industries but there funding is in jeapordy for 2009/2010. Contact your State legislature to support this agency.
