Since Article after article in health mags have been pushing chocolate milk as a good recovery drink, why not try making a soy version of it? I'm sure there are different schools of thought concerning this. Men's Health as a pretty informative and comprehensive site, I would do a little digging there.
Also, there is a plant protein-based ... See Moresupplement called Spirulina that you can purchase at any health store. This could be used as your protein base for any drink that you create yourself. Hope this helps!

Watermelons are great after a workout. I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and i always try to eat a few servings of watermelons after training.
