EX®
EX is a free plan that will help you stop smoking. It’s not about why to quit. EX is all about HOW. The plan was created by medical experts and tested by real smokers. Or should we say, EX-smokers.

Susan Slavin Hollander Heyduk I really miss the Become an EX website. Any work as to when it will be up and running?

Theresa Sargent

Theresa Sargent Things to help you quit are to learn everything you can about smoking and nicotine addiction. Once I finally let myself learn about it it became easier for me to not take another puff. Whyquit.com has a lot of stuff on there.

When I first quit chewing on cinnamon sticks (they're roughly cig shaped and you can kinda take a drag off of them) and eating a lot of produce esp. mini carrots and sugar snap peas really helped. Also, when I first quit, calling a helpful nonsmoking friend or a support number to get me through the really rough parts seemed to help. Keep up the fight! YOU ARE WORTH IT. YOU CAN DO IT. I BELIEVE IN YOU. :-)

Why not try ordering a drink you don't usually have. It well may be a good diversion.

Angelica Tiffanny, Im looking for you. I have so much to tell you. Why is the ex website doing this?

Lana Miller

Lana Miller I still can't get to my becomeanex page. It keeps saying to wait a few hours. Whats up with that?

Rachel Hood

Yesterday marked 1 month of being smoke-free! I can't believe it's been a whole month. I also am trying to quit the nicorette now, and it's really difficult. My depression has been full-blown this week, and making it difficult to do anything. I've only had one piece of nicorette since Sunday, though! Hopefully I can k...eep it up.
I hope everyone else is doing well. When is the site supposed to be back up, anyway?
