Mark WOLVES IN BENSON. On Saturday I was having a conversation with a downtown Benson resident who disclosed that he did not own a snow shovel. I found this notion troubling and determined he must have been raised by wolves. (Or he is an artist). Jason, at Leo's, suspects there might be quite a few such people. Be careful out there!

CELEBRITY SPOTTED IN BENSON
Okay, so this is a riot. This morning I was removing all signs of winter from my sidewalk when I noticed a jogger examining the posted menu at Today Cafe. It was the legs that my got attention. I jay-walked over to attest to the fact that the food was very good. The runner turned as I approa...ched and, oh my goodness, it was Marty Shukert.
P.S. My recovery was seamless.
Joe Watson Joe's Cafe is sold and according to this mornings World Herald, the new owners will retain the name, most of the menu, and (drum roll) a Mexican menu! We've been needing some Mexican close to home for a while, people.
