Hi Kubbah, these products are hard to compare straight off. Revit is a BIM product while MicroStation is a generic CAD platform.
I would recommend you to look at Bentley Architecture, Structural, Mechanical Systems or Electrical Systems depending on you discipline. These products supports a BIM workflow and could be compered to Revit.

In general, Revit builds on a single database while the Bentley products is built around a federated model.
Revit's BIM approach don't scale or interoperate well while Bentley's model can consist of various fileformats and with retained ownership of the objects.... See More
Another strong point for Bentley's solutions is the ability to support the building process from conceptual design all the way to construction documentation, including high-end visualizations, quantity take-off, etc in the same application environment - i.e you don't have to export the model to other applications.
