Welcome to Singapore ! On the frog porridge - it's actually the legs that we go after -- taste just like chewy chicken, and it's supposed to be a tonic food to strength our legs :). And Andrew should try kway chap (noodles with cooked pig's internals like stomach and intestines as side dishes).... yummy! Oh....and how about durians ?
