Brooklyn Botanic Garden Free Winter Weekdays started this week and go until March 2! There's still some amazing fall color in our Bonsai collection, so take advantage of free weekdays and come see!

Brooklyn Botanic Garden Come see our beautiful photography exhibit, which just opened this weekend! In anticipation of our upcoming centennial, we're showing photos of the Garden now, juxtaposed with photos from the early years. It's all happening in our Steinhardt Conservatory for the next couple of months!

Danny Being the son of an employee of BBG, I always tend to underappreciate the place since it's been more or less routine for me since I was 3. Now, however, especially having volunteered there for a summer, I can really see what a great place the Garden is.

Sheila Villalongo I bet it's much better going in Spring.

Mary It was beautiful this past weekend even tho peak color is past.

Valerie Martin looking forward to your updates and hope to visit again soon...

Djordjije Lekovic probably the finest and the most peaceful place in brooklyn.

Mary Vanderwoude I love the garden ... and I will be back.

Frank Schifano There won't be much if anything left by Christmas. Peak color is already past. The place is still beautiful in winter though and well worth a visit.

Mimi Juwono Hi my friends and I from Los Angeles are planning to visit BBG around Xmas this year -- what would the foliage be like? Any snow yet?

Frida Rios
Hello my name is Frida and I want to participate with this group.
Thanks!
Frida

Brooklyn Botanic Garden Bring your photos and memories of BBG to the Garden this Sunday, 11/1, for our first Memory Collection Day! We'll scan the images and help you submit them to possibly be included in next year's centennial celebration. We know you all have wonderful stories about BBG from the last 100 years and we want to hear them!
