Building Impact Building Impact volunteers helped prepare and package food at the Community Servings kitchen. The meals they produced are delivered to CS clients throughout Boston suffering from debilitating illnesses.
Building Impact Building Impact and River Place Tours organized a summer fair for the building residents. People and families of all ages enjoyed food, music, games, crafts and the chance to mingle with thier neighbors.

Tuesday’s Red Sox Mentoring Challenge Information Session at Fenway Park was a huge success! We heard from a couple of local mentoring organizations, as well as from a mentor who spoke about how meaningful his friendship with his mentee has been for both of their lives.
As we learned, over 3,000 children in Massachus...etts are currently on waitlists to be paired with an adult mentor. We also learned what it does not mean to be a mentor, such as a disciplinarian or a parent.
Our non-profit partner Mass Mentoring works with over 165 mentoring programs, located statewide in their network, so they can help people find programs geared toward their specific interests, age group, location, etc.

Building Impact Building Impact volunteers returned to Sandra's Lodge, an emergency family shelterfor single mothers and their children, on Saturday, June 13 for more painting. The new paint job helped revitalize the space and make the shelter a better and brighter place to live.
