Awesome park, best in the summer when ALL the rides are open but prettier during Christmas town it rocks

Having been to over 20 parks all over the world (not Just North America) I must say by far that Busch Gardens is the most beautiful park that I have been to the theming and use of natural lay of the land for coasters is the best period. So sad to see Big Bad Wolf go as this was the best swinging coaster ever designed. Travelling from Canada is a little hard but well worth the drive from Nova Scotia, I have been to the park with fellow Canadian Navy Sailors 5 times and with my Family only once but we will be back as this was our most favorite park even more than Disney World.

Jillian, I thought the point of this board was to report our experiences with Busch Gardens. I'm glad you have had pleasant experiences; I didn't.

For your 411, the local office called and said I was correct, that there shouldn't have been an issue where there was one and took care of my problem. If anyone ever has problems with the 1-800 number as far as billing, contact the local office. They actually care and want you to be happy with your purchase.

Uh Ginger Savage sucks and doesn't realize that the reason parks have rules like making you pay with cash when there is a credit card issue is to protect YOUR safety. You suck, Ginger.

Busch Gardens is good to us. You can bring food and water into the park (if you want to avoid paying the Busch Gardens prices all day), they are hospitable to their customers and condone recycling. The park weaves in and out of the natural beauty of Williamsburg. All around an excellent park with excellent staff. Not employed by gang members or 14 year old kids! Honest, good people!
