Lenny Zannin Before I send my scope into Bushnell, does anyone know where I can get a turrett cap for my Buckhorn scope? It was loose and came off in the woods. Scope is in great shape however it is about 15 years old.

I'd like to be able to contact customer service without waiting all day on the phone. I bought a Bushnell Banner "Dusk to Dawn" scope in December of 2008. I first put it on a Marlin 336 30-30 and had it bore sighted at a gun shop. I tried to sight it in and it wouldn't hold the zero for more than one shot! I sent it in... and after SIX WEEKS I got the scope back. This time, I put it on my TC Encore muzzleloader and shot now a total of 35 shots through it, ALL of which are low. Today I tried 8 shots and no matter how many times I raised the "up" knob, it either stayed the same or lower. Right to left will hold, but up and down is worthless. It will NOT adjust up or down. I even screwed the "down" all the way until you couldn't adjust it anymore and shot at 50 yards. It was 5" low. As I kept clicking up and up and up, it never got to more than 1" higher than the 5" low shot. Sometimes, it was even LOWER! I want my money back or a NEW scope that works.Read More

Have a Pair of cool image view binoculars but alas after sitting on hold for almost 20 minutes I am informed Bushnell no longer supports the program for them on Vista. They are only 3 yrs old as of Sept 2009.
WHY do big companies not support the items for us consumers? Like I would buy another pair from them now, in 2... years my computer will have changed and there will be no support for my item.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Wish everyone would get thier heas together and kkep programs finctioning with updates. Its not like your company is not making enough money to not pay someone to do this.
Yep a bit peeved. Good luck to those of you here who have asked for help on something you bought.

Josh Hagemann Hi. My dad bought a bushnell scope last fall and now this fall there is a large black spot on the inside of the lense. It happened shortly after sighting in his rifle this fall. The scope is still on but the spot is very distracting. Is there anyway to fix this problem.

Rod Weinman I have an older bushnell lazer rangefinder, that I cannot find a model number on. The manufacture date is 2/98 #200400 002793. I hadn't used for a while and changed the battery. when I try to use it Er 6 shows up. I believe it is an error code. How do I fix it & where can I get a manual on it?

Mel, I assume you have the Weather FXi, if correct here is a few
troubleshooting tips to try.

- Be sure all 4 batteries in the Receiver are fresh. Replace the batteries when the low battery indicator appears.

- Uninstall and re-install the software

- Check that the USB transmitter is properly connected to the USB port of your PC, so you are able to run the Weather FXi software and access the forecast data updates from the internet. If the Transmitter is disconnected while the Weather FXi program is running, you will see a "Usb Disconnected" pop up window, with options to reconnect the Transmitter and retry sending data to the Receiver, or you may opt to continue to run the Weather FXi program without automatic updates to the Receiver, or Exit the program.

Sorry, I may not have been clear. There is no data showing on the PC application window. I get an error on the PC that the application cannot connect to the server. The application is acting as though it cannot connect through the internet to the server for data. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application - no change. Is the server working?

Eric Post I just bought a Bushnell 11-9305C Sentry trail cam and it seems to lock up when i turn it on after collecting my SD card. Why is this happening? When I turn it back on, the key symbol flashes but none of the buttons work. I am getting fustrated. Please help me.

Mark Duncan I have an older Trail Sentry Game cam. I think the 2.0 ? It worked great last year but this year when I tryed the password it said error. I never reset it from the factory just left the pasword at 0000. Is there a way to fix this prob? I would love to have my cam. back working?? PLEASE HELP!!
