I am with you, John. I have heard estimates whereby this $8000 will eventually cost taxpayers anywhere from $80,000 to $240,000 in payback, interest, etc etc. Statistics indicate about 97% of these people would have bought anyway, with or without the tax credit. Small band-aid for a big problem ..

Please take action now to extend the homebuyers credit. Click http://www.naractioncenter.com/ today or place a call and encourage your senators to vote AFFIRMATIVE to extend the Homebuyer tax credit. The Senate will vote on Monday at 5pm.

The Homebuyer Tax Credit has now been added as an amendment to Unemployment In...surance legislation. The Senate is expected to vote, Monday evening, for a "Motion to Invoke Cloture" on the unemployment bill, which includes the tax credit. If 60 Senators vote yes on the cloture motion, the Senate will then be able to schedule a vote on the bill.Read More

All we have left to back the value of the dollar is our land. Whatever we can do to get the focus back on Real Estate, which will be the foundation of our recovery, is good. This is a good start, this is where all the action will soon be, once again, as people from around the globe invest in our lands. Only now, through a global network such as Century 21 can this easily evolve. Will we pick up on it or miss out on it? We do have a choice, what will it be? Watch and see....
