CrossFit Lafayette Today's WOD: Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

CrossFit Lafayette Today's WOD: Five rounds for time of: 30 Wall-ball shots with 20/14 lb ball to ten-foot target, 15 Deadlifts @ 135/95 lbs. Rest exactly 1 minute between each round.

Dennis Hey thanks for the encouragement tonight...."Tabata Something Else" truly lived up to it's name. Four hours later I'm still wasted.

Todays WOD: “Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
