Join us for an evening of fun, food, and criminal intent. The year is 1924 and Mr. & Mrs. Robert Witherspoon have invited you to their annual Winter Party. This year the Witherspoons have a special reason to celebrate as they are unveiling the long lost Bratton heirloom necklace. The evening turns sour as one of the gu...ests has a different idea of "fun" for the evening. Will it be a jealous friend or family member, a wronged employee, or crooked community member? It's up to you to solve the crime!
The Rundown: The party consists of 50 characters. Prior to the party, each guest will receive a detailed character description and background information. The guests will arrive at the party in character (and costume!) and will be given a set of objectives, a nametag and money (to use for bribery, blackmail or any other creative purpose). The objectives given to each of the characters are designed to help the guests mingle with one another and to help divulge more information about possible motives for the crime that is about to occur.
Cost: $15 per person; CHM Members Only event
There is a limited number of characters so RSVPs are required. Please note that because of the nature of the event if you RSVP favorably you must attend or else things will not work properly. RSVP to Meredith Kramer at 803.329.2121 x134 or mkramer@chmuseums.orgRead More
