The College of Education computer lab has been around since 1989. It wasn’t until 1994 when the lab earned its name as the Center for Information Technology in Education (CITE) where it became an incredible resource for students, faculty and staff!

Center for Information Technology in Education (CITE) This is just a reminder that the last day to check out “off-campus” items (those to be used outside of the CITE lab) will be Thursday December 10th. After December 10th, items may only be check out for in-lab use.
Center for Information Technology in Education (CITE) will be closed Thursday November 26-Sunday 29, 2009: CITE offices/location will be closed all four days.

Highlight of the Month: Before arriving at UH, Angela Bishop was a scholarship basketball athlete for Southern University at Shreveport, Louisiana. Angela Bishop has now been with CITE since 2003. Currently she provides technical support for COE and supervises the CITE Garrison student computer lab. She is working towa...rds her Master’s in the College of Technology (focusing on Project Management).
