The College of Education computer lab has been around since 1989. It wasn’t until 1994 when the lab earned its name as the Center for Information Technology in Education (CITE) where it became an incredible resource for students, faculty and staff!

Center for Information Technology in Education (CITE) will be closed Thursday November 26-Sunday 29, 2009: CITE offices/location will be closed all four days.
Center for Information Technology in Education (CITE) will be closed Friday, December 18, 2009 to Monday, January 18, 2010. CITE will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, January 19, 2010.

Highlight of the Month: Before arriving at UH, Angela Bishop was a scholarship basketball athlete for Southern University at Shreveport, Louisiana. Angela Bishop has now been with CITE since 2003. Currently she provides technical support for COE and supervises the CITE Garrison student computer lab. She is working towa...rds her Master’s in the College of Technology (focusing on Project Management).

Center for Information Technology in Education (CITE) WOW! I see red people everywhere! The University is FILLED with cougar fans and tailgates all over campus. I am SO excited for this game.
