            The Passage of Senate Bill 10-101 allows Colorado Mountain College to offer up to five different bachelor's degrees. Gov. Bill Ritter signed the bill into law on May 27 at Colorado Mountain College in Breckenridge.

                    • Tim Verkler It was a tradition I was part of in the 70s that students were invited to hike up Mt. Sopris with the school's president and go to his house afterwards for a barbecue. I wonder if that continued.

                  Colorado Mountain College Alumni Have any of you ever received a CMC scholarship? If so, feel free to thank Alexandra Yajko, the CEO of CMC's Foundation since 1991. She's retiring July 30 after 33 years of service to CMC and after raising $34 million for your scholarships, classrooms, buildings, equipment and academic programs!!

                    • Karen Dunbar And, Alexandra helped me in my career at CMC! She was my mentor in the developmental studies program in the mid-70's and early 80's. Eeeegawds, that's been a long time ago! She was a role model for me and helped me work my way "up the ladder" and "through the maze" of developmental education! Of course, I knew her as Eeda first! Thanks Alexandra! You will LOVE retirement and you certainly deserve it after helping so many students, staff and faculty and Colorado Mountain College!
