I'm with ya!

This is one of the more problematic portions of the health care bill. I would also include individual mandates as a huge problem.

Multi-tasking is making the workplace more and more stressful. I'm doing the work of three people at my job now, and they have the nerve to make comments on productivity! I'm convinced most employers don't want workers to stay any measurable amount of time, so they won't have to pay premiums, bonuses, or retirement benefits.

Unfortunately instead of laying off the most recently hired workers, some companies lay off the workers with more seniority because they are making a higher salary, leaving less experienced workers with more work, more stress and less money.

Or we must create our own healthcare network like the Mayo Clinic which delivers high quality care and a low cost. We must think outside the box! We can do it with or without them!

The VA delivers quality health care also for 10% of the cost that Private Health Insurance Companies do. I personally like Single Payer and think that should be a State Right in California.
