Hi Toby! We encourage you to contact the Lenoir City Sanitation Department to enroll in Call2Recycle. In the meantime, there are many local drop-off sites you can visit to recycle your rechargeable batteries and cell phones, including The Home Depot, RadioShack, BestBuy and Wal-Mart.
