I've been having a lot of fun with this particular series of classes, and, it gives me one day a week where I know I'm eating vegetarian - not something I'd want do again fulltime, but one day a week... keeps us regular, or something.

I occasionally read it, not often. Like the author, I'm not a big fan of "fake meat" products that are either soy or gluten with all sorts of artificial flavors and colors and such. Either eat meat or don't. If not, why pretend like you are?

i enjoy some of the fake meat products for what they are. never as a substitute though. for now i'm on a no gluten diet - so i just have the real thing :)
