Hope we convinced them that their two ultimate goals-improved academic performance and safety-can't be attained unless the culture & climate of school reflects core values: trustworthiness (integrity), respect, responsibility, fairness, caring & good citizenship (rule-following).

New survey: teens are 5 times more likely than those over 40 to believe that one has to lie or cheat in order to succeed.
