Chef Adam Todd I had a great time at the Great Big Dig for the IWK last night...the winning bid after a pretty good bidding war for my auctioin prize of a 6 course dinner for 8 was $1100! Wow and the 5 course tasting menu for 6 at the Wooden Monkey went for $500! Very sauccessful night for the cause!

15 acers of cranberry boggs...lots of colour and flavor in these native to nova scotia fruit...wish the boggs were flooded like in the oceanspray commercial..maybe next time...

Chef Adam Todd Just started re-reading my one of favorite books, Kitchen Confidential for the 5th or 6th time...a friend of mine who was going through some "restaurant stuff" and needed some inspartion..i lent her the book and she loved it..I'm going to balst through KC so a can rush her to finish A Cooks Tour...Anthony Bourdain...it...s like i've known you my entire life...
