Chicago Kayak Heading to Tiger Key in the morning, strong winds will blow us out-hoping to find a nice spot to watch the sunset! Did our food shopping, will be trying Brussel Sprouts in the back country for the first time, sounded really good with some steamed carrots!

Chicago Kayak Just updated the FL schedule and among lots of new trips, just added the Wilderness Waterway Trip, Flamingo to Everglades City, 70-80 miles along the wild coast-over 7 days, great for adventurous, super fit paddlers - a long way, but the trip of a lifetime!
Chicago Kayak Getting ready for our trip into the Everglades National Park/10,000 Islands which takes place this weekend, the first kayak/camping trip there since arriving in Oct. Can't wait to get out there, weather is expected to be mid 60's by night and 80's by day, perfect!
