Go 'head, now. On the state of VA application, it asks if U are white, black , Asian or other and is your ethnicity Hispanic or non-Hispanic. No room for Latino in there.
Seriously, whenever i am reading about literacy in Hispanic populations, it is referring to Mexican families. Chicano is Mexican American.
